Last March my daughter and I started to look for an Apt to buy in New York City (Manhattan). For people (like us) who are not from New York and are not familiar with the peculiarities of the real estate market in that city, the experience can be daunting. We first met John at the end of 2019 when an apartment near ours caught our eye. We were just starting to think about buying, and John was super helpful with our slightly complicated down payment situation. He was never pushy, and we just really liked his easygoing demeanor.
